About

Automation built around the patient population.

EVAL exists to help clinical teams turn the chart into action — assembling populations from real clinical data and automating the work that follows, on validated instruments.

What we build

EVAL brings three things together: populations — cohorts, panels, and registries that stay current as patients move in and out on thresholds and events; automation — the workflow that decides what happens and routes it across EHRs and networks; and the instrument engine — the validated scores, screeners, and decision tools that reach the patient.

The community library is open: practitioners and patients run published instruments directly in the browser, and every instrument is authored, reviewed, and attributed by the people who built it.
