Automation
The right instrument reaches the right patient — on its own.
Build the workflow once: what triggers it, which cohort it selects, what it does, and where the results go. Then it runs — recurring or event-driven — across your whole population, so no one works a list by hand.
ModeDelivery only · Closed loop
- When a patient is discharged from inpatient
- Send the PROMIS-10 within 48 hours
- If the score signals a concern
- Then alert the care team and write the result to the chart
Trigger, select, act, route
The workflow builder wires four steps together. A trigger starts the run — a schedule, or an event like an admission, discharge, or new result. The workflow selects the cohort that qualifies, acts by delivering an instrument to each patient or clinician, and routes the scored result back where it belongs.
Recurring and event-driven
Run a screening program on a cadence, or fire the instant something happens in the chart. Both are the same workflow with a different trigger — no separate tooling to learn.
Across the record, wherever the patient is
Automation reads and writes through standards-based connectors, so it works across EHRs and over the health-information exchange. Results land back in the record and update the population, and thresholds can alert the care team the moment they are crossed.
