Populations

Assemble a cohort from the chart — and keep it live.

A population is not a static list. Write the clinical rule once and EVAL keeps the cohort current as charts change: patients enter and leave on thresholds and events. Download the panel, or hand it straight to an automation.

From a rule to a registry

Describe the patients you care about the way a clinician would — a problem on the list, a lab trending the wrong way, a gap in screening — and the cohort builder turns it into a registry. Cohort, panel, registry are the same object at different sizes: a set of patients that satisfies your rules right now.

It stays current on its own

Because the rules read live clinical data, the population maintains itself. A new lab result moves a patient in; a resolved problem moves them out. Nobody re-runs a report or reconciles a spreadsheet.

Download it, or act on it

Export the panel for the care team, or connect it to an automation so the moment a patient qualifies, the right instrument reaches them. Populations are the foundation the rest of the platform runs on.
